Leadership: Nathan Pile

Nate leads our executive and professional teams, harnessing their wealth of industry experience and a diverse portfolio of development projects. We rely on our established processes and the skills of our team members to execute the vision and deliver the product. Our shared confidence in our capabilities and the joy we find in working together motivate us to embark on the journey of developing exceptional projects every day.

Nathan Pile

President

Nathan Pile is the Founder and President of Curve Development, boasting more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry. He leads the company’s national platform, oversees investment and development activities, and sets the strategic direction. With a passion for real estate and a drive to execute, he has led Curve to a portfolio of over $500 million in less than five years. His commitment to long-standing relationships has been key to the rapid footprint and future growth of this firm.

Prior to Curve, he spent 7 years, with JEN Partner’s Arizona Regional Partner, Terrawest Communities, while completing The Enclave at Borgata, a luxury custom 86-unit condominium. Prior to Terrawest, he served as an Owner Representative for Zaremba Group on the acquisition, build and disposition of a 22-story, 7 story, and 30-story West 6th high rise in Tempe, AZ. West 6th was the most profitable development in the firm’s history. Prior to West 6th Nathan worked with The Weitz Company on The Summit, a 20-story high-rise, and various large-scale developments.

Mr. Pile grew up in Nebraska building custom residential homes and holds a degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is married and has 3 kids, a 9-year-old son and twin 6-year-old girls. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and coaching his kids on multiple sports teams.
